Brian E. Bayley
President and Chief Executive Officer of Quest since May 2009 and previously Co-Chair from 2008 until May 2009, and previously President from 2003 to 2007 and Chief Executive Officer from 2003 to 2008. Prior to joining Quest, Mr. Bayley was the Chief Executive Officer of Quest Investment Corporation, a public asset backed lender based in Vancouver. Mr. Bayley was also the co-founder of Quest Ventures Ltd., a privately held asset backed lender based in Vancouver, specializing in bridge loans and arbitrage. Prior to Quest Ventures, Mr. Bayley was President and CEO of Quest Oil & Gas which was sold to Enermark Income Fund for $147 million in 1997. Mr. Bayley is currently a director of a number of public companies.
A. Murray Sinclair
Chairman of Quest since May 2009 and previously Co-Chair of Quest from 2008 until May 2009 and previously Managing Director from 2002 to 2007. Jim Grosdanis
Chief Financial Officer of Quest since May 2008. Prior to being CFO, Mr. Grosdanis was a founding member of Dundee Bank of Canada as its Vice President of Operations. Since 1993, Mr. Grosdanis has held senior roles in the financial services industry. Mr. Grosdanis is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario.
Narinder Nagra
Senior Vice President, Asset Management of Quest since June 2009. Mr. Nagra continues to serve as the Chief Financial Officer of Ionic Capital Corp. and Ionic Securities Corp., a private lender and corporate finance company. From January 2007 to May 2008, Mr. Nagra served as the Chief Financial Officer of Quest and from February 2006 to December 2006 he served as Treasurer of Quest. Mr. Nagra is a Certified General Accountant.
